Permits, turtles, tides, and tiki torches—oh my! Before you book your fire, here’s what to know:
- Permits: Required & available 14 days in advance. Coastal secures them for you, but popular dates go fast—have a backup beach access just in case.
- Regulations: We follow Walton County rules to a tee: no glass on the beach, no setting up before 5PM (March–Oct), and never near sea turtle nests.
- Tide Watch: Some beaches may be too narrow during high tide—we’ll always choose a safe and scenic location.
- Setup: Our Coastal crew handles everything—chairs, firewood, s’mores gear, speakers, even a trash can. You just show up ready to relax.
- Attendants: Friendly faces who keep the fire burning and the vibes just right. Don’t forget to tip!
- Cleanup: We leave the beach better than we found it. Ashes cooled, gear packed, no trace left behind.
A $155 non-refundable deposit is included in every fire. Need to reschedule? A $105 fee applies to book a new permit. Cancellations incur a $50 fee. We keep it fair, fun, and focused on making your night unforgettable.
